Melanie Dyer, was born and raised in Calumet City, IL.

Attended Thornton Fractional North High School in Calumet City, IL, as well as Eastern Illinois University which is in Charleston, IL.

She majored in Mass Communications with a concentration of Electronic Media Production. She became a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc., Omicron Delta Chapter where she became President of her chapter, along with being the Event Coordinator and Hospitality Chairman.

While upholding multiple positions, Melanie also worked at WEIU radio station during her last two years.

After Graduating Eastern Illinois University in 2016, Melanie took a leap into the healthcare field, where she worked with seniors in the South Side Communities as an Outreach Associate for Oak Street Health.  After about 9 months of working with seniors in the community, Ms. Dyer was offered a position at ADP, Automatic Data Processing where she was able to build her professional demeanor and skills, providing small businesses with a payroll system. She stayed employed with ADP for almost 3 years, when she realized how much she missed being a part of the communities on a much deeper and personal level, Melanie  then was offered and accepted a position at Jencare Senior Medical Center, where she revisited the field of working with seniors on a personal level when involving their well-being and health.

Ms. Dyer is excited to be a part of Mind Influence Attitude, Inc. because she is eager to assist with spreading knowledge and providing resources to our communities.

"Knowledge is power, and the more we know, the more we are unstoppable. It’s time to make a change, spiritually, physically, and emotionally", says Melanie.
